Single-use systems and technologies have changed the manufacturing processes in biopharmaceuticals. Disposable plastic components have proven their reliability in a variety of applications and have shown clear advantages. In cooperation with UltraPure International we have an ISO certified clean room. In addition, we work with other partners who also have validated manufacturing facilities that can meet documented purity criteria (SAL 10-6).

Open architecture
The bioprocess industry uses many prefabricated process steps. However, the applications differ considerably in detail, which logically requires adaptations to specific requirements. We achieve this with an unconditionally configurable design that considers availability and maintains short delivery times.

Customised manufacturing
We maintain a global network of trusted suppliers. We take care of the necessary quality certificates and have a large number of components and assemblies that provide unique solutions in certain areas.
They all meet the currently required specifications in terms of quality, validation and compliance with international standards.
