VANESSA Triple Offset High Performance Butterfly Valve Serie 30.000 Cryogenic Configuration

The low temperature version of the 30.000 series uses a one-piece solid sealing ring made of UNS S20910 (Nitronic® 50) without soft sealing materials such as polymers or graphite. The latter cannot guarantee long-term reliable sealing in cryogenic applications and lead to an increased risk of damage when starting up the plant. The highly corrosion-resistant material Nitronic® 50, on the other hand, retains its decisive mechanical properties even at extremely low temperatures.
