2D Bioprocess Bags

Duoning’s 2D bag is a product specifically developed for the storage and transfer of liquids in the biopharmaceutical sector. The bags are available in sizes ranging from 5 ml to 50 l and can be customized to meet customer requirements.

The DuoFilm-001 film used in these bags is a 7-layer laminated, bio-specific film with a thickness of 0.3 mm. The liquid-contact layer, made of ULDPE, offers excellent physicochemical and biocompatible properties. In terms of raw materials, product assembly, and sterilization processes, the 2D bioprocess bag fully complies with cGMP requirements and other biopharmaceutical operating requirements.
